Hotel Policies

  • An extra person charge THB 1,500 will apply if there are more than 2 adults in a guest room. Rollaway beds are not permitted in a guest rooms.
  • Children Policy: Children under 12 years sharing bedding staying free with 50% discount for breakfast. An extra bed is available at a surcharge only in Ruby, Sapphire and Diamond Suit.
  • Early check-in might be granted only subject to availability.
  • Late check-out will be charge, subject to availability.
  • Pets are not allowed

Payment Options

  • Room payments can be made in cash (THB) or Credit card of major conpries. Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by the bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Occupancy Policy
As with all major events, the city may happen to close specific streets which can result in traffic delays during evening hours. Please allow extra time when traveling to and from the hotel. Hotel room is limited and is made available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Smoking Policy
The hotel is 100% smoke free. There are designated smoking areas outside of the building. A THB 2,000 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest's account should smoking occur anywhere inside the hotel.
